Cre8u massage & bodywork is a unique approach to wellness.  We combine massage, movement, and breathing techniques to enhance your body's capacity for healing. We have been developing this system of bodywork for over 20 years. The foundation of studying the body through movement began through the martial arts. Healing is a multi-faceted process. Progressive bodywork, movement assessment, soft-tissue manipulation, stretching, Pilates, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage can aid in healing back, neck and shoulder complaints; injuries from accidents, sports, repetitive motion, and reduce trauma and stress.  Chiropractic and massage fit well together to lessen restrictions and fine tune the nervous system. We have many patients referred to us by chiropractic physicians.
