We believe that massage is one component for
maintaining health and restoring movement. Massage can decrease stress,
boost the immune system, and add energy to life. As a structure supports a
foundation, massage can be a foundation for healthy living combined with proper
nutrition, movement, adequate sleep and hydration.
Each session is tailored to the needs of the client. This could
include, but not limited to, breathing exercises, pilates, stretching,
myofascial release, muscle release technique, muscle activation technique, energy balancing methods, deep
tissue, or Swedish massage.
Our bodies have wisdom to heal and repair naturally. Come discover
